Current Residents

As a current resident of The Courtyards, you are living in an active community of over 700 University of Maryland students. The Courtyards complex is located close to campus while providing the independence of a garden style apartment community. The staff at The Courtyards are Capstone On Campus Management Employees, with Resident Assistants who are UMD peers. Our staff strives to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable community where residents may continue their development and education outside the classroom.
